Yes I payed only 3.23 Ga. today,Because I shop @ store that gives points for buying groceries. You spent $100 and take card to the gas pumps and we got 60 cents off

Paid $36.25 to fill up this morning after using a gas station coupon good for $1.01 off at Kwik Trip. Squeezed out 478.6 miles out of the previos tankfull.

At $3.68 gal. I split $25.00 at the pump with my lawn mowing gas can and vehicle,SAD story Huh?

Too darn far to drive all the way to Illinois to get one of them cards. Sure wish they would set up siomething like that here in Mississippi ....

Don't you think it might be helpful to post this in the Rockford discussion category, where other nearby members can take advantage of the possible savings?

But, then again, don't you think it might help to let people know at what store they should shop so that, if they spend $100, they can save 60 cents per gallon?

Simply saying that because you saved money you filled up your gas tank doesn't do much for others, most of who fill up whether they get savings or not. Filling up, regardless of whether you get a savings or not, is more convenient than only partially filling up and having to make repeated trips to the gas station.
